Our story

Built around what matters.

Ridgeline was founded on a single conviction: that mission-critical work is a craft, not a transaction. The data centres, telecoms facilities, and clinical IT environments we build cannot fail — and the engineering discipline required to keep them up over decades is rare.

Twenty-five years on, we apply that same conviction to a second discipline. AI agents and workflows are now mission-critical for the businesses that adopt them. The skills that kept a data centre online at 3am are the skills that keep an AI agent reliable in production.

Our team has stayed remarkably stable. Most of our senior engineers have been with us for over a decade. Most of our clients are repeat. That continuity is the moat.

Founded

Established in Singapore by a team of mission-critical engineers focused on data centre and telecoms infrastructure.

Regional expansion

First overseas projects in Australia and Thailand. Built the partner network that still serves us across APAC today.

Maintenance practice

Launched 24/7 operations and maintenance services — recognising that uptime is harder than build.

China entry

Opened technical office in China to support regional clients with on-the-ground delivery capability.
